Data deletion instructions

Allied Leisure Group Social is the app our staff use to publish to our own venues’ Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. It does not collect data about members of the public or about people who use Facebook or Instagram, so in most cases we hold nothing about you through it.

To ask us to delete data

1. Email info@alliedleisuregroup.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us your name and the Facebook or Instagram account the request is about.
3. We will confirm that we have received it, delete any data connected to this app that relates to you, and email you when it is done. We aim to finish within 30 days.

Removing the app’s access yourself

If you manage one of our Pages and want to remove the app’s access, go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Allied Leisure Group Social and choose Remove.
